Though we discovered these glass blossom beads several years ago, we never found just the right way to incorporate them in a design...until an estate collection of antique and vintage buckles made their way into the studio after an auction last month.  A delightful example of Czechoslovakian craftsmanship and artistry, this beautiful buckle likely dates to the 1930s and shows off elegant silvered floral decoration on matte-finished crystal. The buckle becomes the clasp of a gorgeous garden of glass beads, made even more magnificent with tiny faceted silver beads throughout, and whether the buckle is worn at the side or the back of the neck, it's a lovely look and a spectacular style.
